This cleaning service is perfect for tenants who are at the end of lease or home owners who are selling their property. End of Lease / Vacating cleaning ‘Scope of Works’ checklist includes:

Kitchen:

  • Exterior of oven cleaned
  • Interior of oven cleaned
  • Drip pans, chrome rings and stovetop cleaned
  • Cook top cleaned
  • Exterior of range hood cleaned
  • Bench tops wiped
  • Splash back wiped
  • Front of cupboards and drawers wiped
  • Inside of cupboards and drawers wiped
  • Sinks including handles / taps cleaned
  • Sweep / Vacuum followed by mopping of hard flooring
  • Window ledges / frames wiped (if applicable)

Bathrooms:

  • Basins including handles / taps cleaned
  • Bathtub cleaned (if applicable)
  • Shower including shower screens cleaned
  • Wall tiles cleaned
  • Vanity tops wiped
  • Vanity cupboards and drawers wiped
  • Interior cupboards and drawers wiped
  • Toilet inside and out sanitised
  • Mirrors and fixtures cleaned
  • Doors wiped
  • Sweep / Vacuum followed by mopping of hard flooring
  • Window ledges / frames wiped (if applicable)

Bedrooms:

  • Vacuum all carpeted floors or;
  • Sweep and mop tiled, timber or vinyl flooring
  • Wardrobe cupboards including tracks wiped
  • Wardrobe mirrors cleaned
  • Skirting boards and cornices dusted and / or wiped
  • Doors wiped
  • Light switches and around cleaned
  • Window ledges / frames wiped (if applicable)

Laundry:

  • Sweep / Vacuum followed by mopping of hard flooring
  • Sinks including handles / taps cleaned
  • Front of cupboards and drawers wiped
  • Inside of cupboards and drawers wiped
  • Window ledges / frames wiped (if applicable)

General Interior / Lounge and Dining Rooms:

  • Vacuum all carpeted floors or;
  • Sweep and mop tiled, timber or vinyl flooring
  • Skirting boards and cornices dusted and / or wiped
  • Doors wiped
  • Light switches and around cleaned
  • Window ledges / frames wiped (if applicable)
  • Cobweb removal
  • Balcony (if applicable) swept and / or moped

Go Back – If you find anything unsatisfactory or missed during the cleaning, give us a call within 48-hour period and we will return to the unit at no extra charge.
Rescheduling / Cancellation – When notice is given less than two hours prior to cleaning or in case when hot water and/or electricity is disconnected, there will be a $25.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Parking – Costs may apply for areas where parking is limited, for example: Melbourne CBD.
